Return & Refund

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products such as dry fruits, returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return request. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@syrisha.in with your order number and clear photos of the product. Once verified, we will provide further instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. for approved refund the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Subject to stock availability, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us immediately with clear images of the product and packaging. Claims made after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed food products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales may also be non-returnable.
